What’s your return policy?
All sales are final, at the moment we don’t offer returns and exchanges since all products are printed to order from partner facilities in locations from all over the world, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at email@example.com!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number, receipt of purchase, photos of wrong/damaged items and we will be glad to handle it.
We apologize in advance for any order damages and we will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Each product you see in our catalog is made on demand, which means that when you place your order, it takes a few days for the product to be made, and then it's sent out to you. It takes time to create and send out the product, but making each order on demand allows us to avoid overproduction.
Please allow 7-14 days for your order to be fulfilled and then shipped. Shipping time largely depends on your location,( USA- 7 to 14 days, International 7-21 days)
